General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
Article 1: Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relations between MAZERES AERO EQUIPMENT, an aeronautical SME, and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Mazeres-Aero.com website. Any order placed on our site implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 2: Products
Our products are aeronautical accessories available with or without custom screen printing. The essential characteristics of the products and their respective prices are available on the website. Photographs of the products are not contractual.
Article 3: Orders
Any order placed on the Mazeres-Aero.com site implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Mazeres Aero undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of the products. In the event of unavailability of the product, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Article 4: Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Mazeres Aero reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
Article 5: Payment
Orders are paid for online by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the site. The order will only be processed after full payment has been received.
Article 6: Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the products and the customization options chosen. The delivery times indicated on the site are for information purposes only and may vary. Mazeres Aero cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to postal services or carriers. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated at the time of checkout.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product for a refund, without having to justify their reasons or pay any penalties. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products personalised by screen printing are neither returned nor exchanged, except in the event of a proven defect.
Article 8: Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the customer to return the products delivered defective or non-conforming. In the event of proven non-compliance, Mazeres Aero undertakes to replace the product or refund the customer.
Mazeres Aero cannot be held liable for any indirect damage that may occur as a result of the purchase of the products. Mazeres Aero's liability will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order.
Article 10: Personal data
The personal information collected from customers is necessary for the processing of orders and may be communicated to Mazeres Aero's contractual partners involved in the execution of this order. The customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him.
Article 11: Intellectual property
All elements of the Mazeres-Aero.com website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Mazeres Aero. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound.
Article 12: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
Article 13: Modifications to the T&Cs
Mazeres Aero reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The new general terms and conditions of sale will only apply to sales made after the change.
